![]() ATI& DEV_71C5 device ID&SUBSYS_ 309F actually the motherboard(as in cpu mb) system id 103C the chip system id "ATI MOBILITY FireGL V5200" = ati2mtag_M56 the chip name, PCI\VEN_1002 the vendor. This is the string FOR MY NON FIREGL LAPTOP if installed in a different MB turns out to be a raderon. A FIREGL is a "REAL" firegl ONLY when installed in a certain system( as in motherboard for integrated gpu laptop's). ATI& DEV_71C5 device ID&SUBSYS_ 30B4 actually the motherboard(as in cpu mb) system id 103C the chip system id ![]() so there is no point in modding since both radeon and firegl lines do in fact share the same driver in vista. That's just the name of the chip BUT if you look a little further in the file you can see that is does not install ANY special opengl driver (yet) ![]()
